Chapter Rooms

Our venture grew from the frustration of hearing, "it could never happen here" and "it's too good for Cas".

Why?

We don’t believe that people should have to go out of town to have the night out they deserve, and judging by the handful of exciting new bars and businesses that have opened up in our town, we are not alone.

Our aim was clear - to serve our local community with cocktails, food and a place for friends, family and kindred spirits to meet; an opulent sanctuary that rivals the best L**ds has to offer.

    'I can't spake' £8.00

    A Cas twist on the gin-based prohibition-era cocktail, ‘The Last Word’. Consisting of a flavourful mix of gin, herbaceous green Chartreuse, sweet maraschino liqueur, and tart lime juice.

    Airedale Sunrise £8.00

    The Airedale Sunrise cocktail, with its bright striations of colour, evokes a summer sunrise in the neighbourhood that never sleeps. This classic drink has three ingredients—tequila, grenadine and orange juice.

    Espresso ‘darn Beany’ £8.00

    Evoking the cosmopolitan vibe of the world renowned Beancroft Road, let us present this sumptuous mix of vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso; Order one if you think you’re sophisticated enough (Gives a similar rush as a 10p mix from Johnny Thorogood’s).

    Knottingley Wallbanger £8.00

    Built on the site of a Medieval Monastery, Knottingley Town Hall is a hotbed of paranormal activity. With this in mind we present the ‘Knottingley Wallbanger’, combining freshly squeezed orange juice, Vodka, and Galliano. Drink too many and you too will be seeing ghostly apparitions.

    Sex on the Stacks £8.00

    Sit back, close your eyes; hear the hypnotic hum of the M62, smell the warmth of the Maltkins and feel the grass beneath your knees. Let us take you back with the exotic blend of vodka, peach Schnapps, fresh orange juice, cranberry juice topped off with glace cherries and orange slices. The connoisseurs amongst you will note the slight whiff of remorse.

    Tickle-Cock-Tail £8.00

    When you’ve been stood in the freezing cold watching your favourite team and can no longer feel your extremities, what better way to warm them up than with a ‘Tickle-Cock-Tail’; a cockle-warming combination of whisky, honey, lemon, cinnamon and cloves heated to serve.

    ‘Cas’-mopolitan £8.00

    The ultra-glamorous ‘Cas’-mopolitan is a cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Rumour has it that Carrie Bradshaw actually prefers it.

    ‘Longacre’ Iced Tea £8.00

    One of the more potent cocktails on the menu, the ‘Longacre Iced Tea combines vodka, white tequila, white rum, triple sec (orange liqueur) and gin. If you can’t handle your ale, steer clear. The management reserves the right to tell you to ‘wind your neck in’.

    ‘Maestro’ Mojito £8.00

    In homage to arguably the best nightclub ever to exist, the ‘Maestro’ Mojito is a classic thirst quenching highball drink including rum, lime, mint and sugar (Pay an extra 20p and get a stamp on your hand as proof of entry....bargain).

    ‘Nor-manhattan’ £8.00

    We have combined the luxury of Fifth Avenue, New York with the dizzying splendour of Normy High Street, to create a cocktail of unrivalled opulence; The Nor-manhattan: Two parts whiskey, one part sweet vermouth and bitters. You’re worth it.

    ‘Ponte’ Colada £8.00

    Nothing evokes the memories of an exotic holiday quite like a night out ‘round Ponte-Carlo. Let us present the ‘Ponte’ Colada; a classic combination of Rum, Cream of coconut, Pineapple juice, Frozen pineapple and Lime juice.

    ‘Whitwoody’ Mary £8.00

    If fitness is your passion, get two of your ‘five a day’ with this classic combo of vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, a pinch of celery salt and black pepper.
